Couples | Quality Time in Quality Hill

Christina & Zach originally only booked me for their wedding day, but when their original engagement photo plans went awry they made the trip to Kansas City to work with me. I’m super glad they did because they were the most fun to photograph! They are both super down to earth people, and were super easy going during the shoot. I don’t think we stopped laughing the entire time. Their shoot was one of those that really didn’t feel like work, and I was super pleased with the outcome, as well. It makes me sad I have to wait over a year for their wedding day.

When Christina approached me a few weeks prior to the shoot, she told me they loved old Kansas City architecture. I knew immediately where I wanted to shoot. Quality Hill is one of my favorite regions of downtown Kansas City, with it’s historic buildings, creeping ivy, and urban charm; it has that perfect mix of elegant details and sweeping city views. I couldn’t have asked for a better mix of great locations and great people!
