Wedding | A Contemporary Art Wedding at 21c Museum + Bonus Bridal Session

MacKenzie and Matt’s wedding hit real close to home. As recent KCAI graduates and working artists I was instantly taken with all the incredible fine art references they had incorporated into their wedding day; including but not limited to a large mirrored tree installation Matt created for the occasion, six mini cakes that were direct representations of a Wayne Thiebaud painting, and the entire venue is a working gallery. It was definitely one of the most memorable and unique weddings I’ve captured, and pulled on my little artist heartstrings.
