Couples | An Epic Editorial Engagement

Last August, Her Third Eye (Ali) and myself shot the coolest engagement session for the coolest couple! And subsequently my car window was smashed in and all my backup equipment stolen. I still want my leather bag back! Thank god for business insurance. I digress.

Rajvi, Nish, Ali, and myself had been planning this shoot for months. There were Google Meets and PDFs involved, which I 100% could appreciate since I was the bride that sent a seven page inspiration PDF to my florist. No, I’m not kidding. Although I was dealing with filing a police report due to my stolen equipment mid-shoot, all that planning and researching really paid off. We shot in three different locations over a three hour period and toward the end it totally became a race for light. In spite of all of that, we were able to create absolutely beautiful images in the powerful, editorial style they sought after. My selection doesn’t even scratch the surface of everything we produced to that day. It was magical!!
